I have never owned an automatic (not counting spouse's cars). The C8 is amazing but my Vette buying days (owned six including my current'14 C7 Z51 Torch Red 7MT Conv.) I believe are over. This is the longest I've ever owned a car (bought in '16)........

Maybe its just the paint, but I really liked the Z06 model in this comparison setup. Not a huge fan of having a "whale tail" sticking so far off my trunk lid. Might just be that there are so many miscreants in my area that I KNOW its too inviting for them to ignore trying to mess with it in a parking lot.

@9:40. no, no no. Why would you want to trap heat at the motor with a cover? Insulation or not makes no sense.

Two favorites are the rapid blue z(obvious reasons ) and the sigala stealth wrapped Z. Thats a badass show Justin! Also I think you are right on polo green being the c5 color

Does sport cats make a huge difference? I currently have a c8 with Awe Track Exhaust.

Vertical doors look great on the C8. Should have came with them or at least should have been an option. The doors are really thick with the boomerang - makes it tough squeezing in and out unless you have room to fully open the door.

Not a lover for the C8 Body style, but Interior is Awesome!

Ok for starters, hell no to lambo doors. Lots of great looking C8's. Im gonna be the odd man out, but C3 was my first introduction to Corvette so its got a place in my favorites. Even though its a turd for horsepower. And since i like all kinds of cars, the yellow El Camino was interesting too. Kind of miss my 60 El Camino should have never sold it 😢 And yes! It' gonna get blazin ass hot there! I wouldn't even go out from 10 am till about 4pm!

Does the charger work well for you? I have one and although the fit & finish is great, the charging is is not very good at all - I often get a a warning that the phone is getting too hot while using it. What's your experience been - honestly?

Nay for aftermarket door hinges. When doors are designed to open upward from factory, then yay.

Do most people know on the c8 ZO6 the frunk has an automatic soft close like the boot ? The dude at the start gave it a good solid close 😂

I hope to order my C8 ZO6 in a year or so, I can't decide between red mist with black trim/accents and a blacked out look....decisions decisions. Car looks great. Side note: that cybertruck is hideous and you couldn't pay me to drive it 😂

My book arrived today all the photos are dark and muddy looking and half are out of focus looks nothing like this guys photos. A total rip off I don't recommend buying it. It also took 7 months to receive.

My first car was a corvette. The best car I've ever owned! Reliable as fuck, great gas mileage 26-30mpg on the freeway, bullet proof engine.
